Relieve Anxiety and Stress
Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life. For example, you may feel worried and anxious about sitting an exam or having a medical test or job interview. Other types of anxiety are more complex, and may be linked to trauma dating back to childhood. I have successfully helped numerous clients overcome anxiety using Strategic Life Coaching techniques blended with, meditation and mindfulness practice, breathing techniques and hypnotherapy. I find that these methods combined help clients keep calm and focused between sessions, whilst setting achievable goals. My fees for this service are as follows: * Initial telephone or online consultation = free of charge In Person * 1 hour long sessions in person = £55 * 1.5 hour long sessions in person = £70 (Recommended) Online * 1 hour long sessions in person = £50 * 1.5 hour long sessions in person = £65 (Recommended) * Save money by joining one of my coaching programmes (select "Coaching Plans" from the website menu) The number of sessions required may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. We can discuss the best options for you in more detail during your free consultation.
Payment is required before the first session, unless agreed otherwise (please contact prior to booking if you need a more affordable payment plan). If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so within 24 hours of the appointment time, otherwise you will you will only be refunded 50% of the fee for that appointment.
