Norwich Men's Circle

I am inviting you to connect with other men on a deeper level, to listen and to be heard. I have been wanting to start a new Men's Circle in Norwich as I have felt there needs to be a regular safe space for men to connect and share what is happening in their worlds with fellow men, and to work together through some of the obstacles and challenges that life serves us.

 

My experience

I have held space and facilitated Men's Circles in the past and have over five years experience as a life coach, helping numerous clients through challenging times in their lives. I have also navigated my way my own past traumas and anxieties to put my self in a strengthened position to help others, so I have plenty of life experience and can offer invaluable 'tools' to help you move forward on your own journeys.

The beauty of these circles is that we all have own special experiences to share that will help and support fellow men within the circle. Everyone helps each other.

​What can I expect from Norwich Men's Circle?

Each circle is a safe space where you are invited to talk about whatever is on your mind;

The circle will be opened with a heart connecting meditation;

There is a code of respect and accountability for those who attends (see here);

You will make new connections with other men wishing to share and grow on this life journey;

You will learn to connect with yourself on a deeper and spiritual level;

You will listen to fellow men sharing; and have the opportunity to share and offer your own wisdom and life experience to help those around the circle;

What is said in the circle stays in the circle;

As the circles become more established I shall be introducing weekly topics and interests to discuss, and shall arrange guest speakers and invite other practitioners.
