If you have not been satisfied with the service you have received then please contact us by phone, email, or letter and we will strive to resolve the matter in the fairest way possible.
Jonathan Bolam is registered with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and so we abide by their Code of Ethics (see link below).
If you are unable to make your appointment then we will do our best to reschedule. After rescheduling, if you choose to cancel less than 24 hours before the new booking, you will incur a cancellation fee which will be 50% of your appointment fee.
