Not tried hypnotherapy before? This taster session will take you on a journey to your own magical place where for half an hour you can let go of your stresses and troubles and enjoy a well deserved boost of energy and confidence. We are also including an audio track for you to take away to listen to in your own time (Audio Track normally £10)

Payment is required before the first session, unless agreed otherwise (please contact prior to booking if you need a more affordable payment plan). If you need to cancel or reschedule please do before 24 hours of the appointment time, otherwise we will not be able to refund your payment
